River Street Events, organisers of the BBC Good Food Shows have announced the launch of a new Spring Show, in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

The Show will follow the format of the established event that takes place in Scotland, London and Birmingham, bringing some of the most popular features to the Harrogate International Centre. This includes some of the nation’s favourite celebrities, chefs & experts, the best producers of fine food and drink, state of the art kitchenware and gadgets, as well as live cookery demonstrations.

It will host live sessions from TV favourites James Martin, Mary Berry, John Torode and The Hairy Bikers in the 950-seater Supertheatre which will occupy the Edwardian grade II listed Royal Hall. This stunning performance hall and theatre, built in 1903 will contrast the pop-up theatres seen at the other shows.

Laura Biggs, Managing Director, River Street Events comments, “The season and the location are perfect for us to bring our hugely popular tried and tested BBC Good Food Show format Harrogate and we look forward to what we hope to be the start of a long relationship with the HIC.”

The BBC Good Food Shows attract 230,000 visitors from across the UK every year, and this is the first Spring event in Harrogate for the company.

The BBC Good Food Show Spring runs 25th – 27th April 2014.

Advance ticket prices start at £18.50 and please check the website for details www.bbcgoodfoodshowspring.com
